I think its insane that they're not (because they are authors in their own right) but I also think it quite rightfully signals it is translated. I must assume (bc I don't know) that their exclusion might come out of some sort of expectation that some might be intimidated if they know a book is translated??
That’s my assumption too. I remember it being part of the conversation around The Perfect Nanny’s success, the book being marketed as “just a literary thriller” and not obviously translated.
In the acknowledgements of Perfection which I just finished the author Vincenzo thanks the translator “who wrote this book as much as I did”!

My favorite book of last year (maybe the last few years) was Dutch writer Fien Veldman’s Hard Copy (translated by Hester Velmans. Wonderfully weird.
