You’ve received great news! After you queried agents, and received at least one request to read the full manuscript from one of those agents, a literary agent writes to tell you they love your book, want to get on a call, and work with you on this book and many more as your Literary Agent. You set the call, tell the people closest to you in your life that It’s All Happening, and then — you have to figure out what to do about the other agents you’ve queried.

Once you have an offer in hand, how do you tell the other agents?
